Where do you make your guitars?

I make them in a shipping container at Pollard Yard In Manchester.  Pollard yard is a community of small, creative bsuinesses taking advantage of the affordable workspaces that have been transformed from shipping containers.  One of the ways I keep my prices more competitive is to have lower overheads - I dont have a massive workshop using tons of electricty or any additional staff.  It's just me in a little shipping container.

How do I order?

Best way is to fill out and submit the order form.  This does not mean you are locked in - it's just a good way to start the conversation and get a good idea of what you want and how much it will cost. Once I recieve your order form I will get back to you ASAP and we can take it from there.

How do I pay?

When you first place your order I will send you a spec sheet to confirm all your customisations with the final price on.  I'm not a big business so VAT doesnt come in to it.  What you see is the final price.  You can then either pay a 30% deposit to secure your place in the queue or pay it all upfront.  If you want I can also arrange installments.  Whatever works best for you.

How long does it take?

I currently have a few slots per month for custom builds which gives me time to make some standard guitars for the webshop and also to experiment on what I like to call MoC's (my own creations). depending on how busy the order book is you could be waiting from 4 months up to a year - I don't take any work on that would take longer than a year though.  Get in touch to get the current wait times.

Do you have any demo guitars I could have a go of?

Yes! I will always have at least one demo guitar at my workshop.  You are more than welcome to visit any time.  Just get in touch to let me know when.

Do you ship all over the world?

Short answer is yes.  I have listed prices for the most common places but get in touch if you live somewhere else and I will get a quote to you ASAP.

Do you do artists discount?

Yes! I'm more than happy to support established as well as up and coming musicians.  get in touch and lets see if we can do a deal.

What is your returns/refund policy?

I want my customers to get a lifetime of joy from their custom guitar.  As such I offer a free set up within the first year if you bring it back to the workshop and a 1 year return to base warranty for anything that might go wrong through no faut of your own.  I think i'm a pretty reasonable guy and always eager to make things work out for both of us.  Please get in touch directly with me in the first instance and I will sort it out.

Regarding refunds, the initial 30% deposit has a 15 day 'cooing off' period for a full refund after which 50% will be refunded, no questions asked. If its a financial issue I am more than happy to arrange payment plans based on your own estimations of affordability and timeframe.
